Got my first scan booked next week and im so nervous they wont find the heartbeat yet. Im around 6 weeks i think. Around what week did they hear it for you?
Seeing that little flicker around 6 to 7 weeks was the most emotional moment of my journey. If it is a bit early it may not show yet, so try not to lose hope. Your doctor will tell you the right time to rescan. Sending you good wishes.
I went at 6 weeks and we didnt see it yet, I was so scared, but at 7 weeks there it was. Did anyone else have to wait an extra week? It felt like forever honestly.
My doctor said the heartbeat is usually seen on scan around 6 to 7 weeks, sometimes a touch later. She told me not to panic if it isnt seen at 6 weeks exactly, dating can be off by a few days. We saw it clearly at my next scan.
