We are trying since two months and im never sure when to actually do the test. Sometimes i get too excited and test way early. Just want to know the right day so i dont keep getting confused results.
Best is to wait till your period is at least a day or two late, and test with first morning urine. The hcg is more concentrated then so you get a clearer line. Testing too early can show a false negative even if you are pregnant.
I always wait for the missed period day, testing before that just gave me confusing faint lines and more anxiety. Morning pee gives the most accurate result from what i read.
Dont test the day after intimacy, it wont show anything that early. Give it till period is late by couple days. If negative but still no period, retest after 3-4 days.
I used to test like 5 days early and panic over no line, total waste of kits and nerves. Honestly just wait for the period to be late, saves so much overthinking trust me.
