Actually doctor ne bataya tha ki main 3-4 scans standard hote hain: 7-8 week pe viability, 11-13 week pe NT, 18-20 week pe Anomaly aur phir growth scan 32 week ke baad.
Mera pehla scan 7th week me heartbeat check karne ke liye hua tha, phir NT scan aur anomaly scan time pe hue. Har case different ho sakta hai toh mera toh ye experience tha.
Oh jab hum pehli baar scan me baby ki heartbeat sunte hain toh rona aa jata hai. It's so beautiful! Doctors trimester ke hisab se guide karte hain jab zarurat hoti hai.
Pehle 8-9 weeks me dating scan hota hai. Main toh regular light walk karti thi par scan ki reports normal aane ke baad hi doctor ne approval diya tha exercises ke liye.
