We just started trying this month and im so confused about timing. My cycle is around 30 days, not always regular. Which days actually give best chance? pls share what worked for u.
Aim for the fertile window, which is roughly the middle of your cycle. Dont obsess over one single day, having sex every couple of days during that week works best. Relax and dont turn it into a stress project.
Your most fertile days are the few days before and on ovulation, usually around day 12 to 16 of a 28 day cycle. I used a tracker app and ovulation strips and it really helped us. Time it in that window for the best chance.
