Me and my husband have just started trying and im a bit clueless about the timing in my cycle. I track my periods but not sure which days really matter. Anyone who conceived recently, how did u figure it out?
From what i read the fertile window is the few days around ovulation, roughly mid cycle if your periods are regular. I started tracking my cycle to figure it out. A gynac can guide better for your body.
I was wondering the same thing recently. Someone told me to watch for the fertile days around ovulation. Still figuring it out so reading these replies is helpful for me too.
Best to know your own ovulation pattern, since cycles vary woman to woman. If you've been trying a while a fertility doctor can do simple checks and guide timing properly. Dont rely only on generic dates.
It depends a lot on your cycle, and for me with PCOS it was tricky since ovulation was irregular. So i wont give a fixed day. Honestly seeing a doctor for ovulation tracking helped me the most.
The ovulation days are the key window, usually around day 12-16 in a regular 28 day cycle. Ovulation kits from the pharmacy helped me pin it down. But every cycle differs so dont stress on exact dates.
