When is the best time to conceive a baby calculator?
We're trying for our first baby and honestly im a bit lost about the timing thing. People keep mentioning ovulation days and these calculators online. Do they actually work? would love if someone could share how they figured out their best days.
These calculators work okay for regular cycles, but with my PCOS they were never reliable because I didnt ovulate predictably. If yours are irregular too, I would suggest talking to a gynac, they helped me track properly. Dont stress if the app dates dont match your body.
We are also trying and I started using one of these calculators recently. It helped me feel less lost honestly. If your cycles are irregular though I read the calculator may be off, in that case a doctor can guide better.
Use any free ovulation calculator online, last period date and cycle length is all it needs. But dont turn it into pressure yaar, relax and let it happen too. Stress doesnt help conception, take it easy.
I used an ovulation calculator app where you put your last period date and cycle length, it shows fertile days. Worked for me to know roughly when. Just remember its an estimate, cycles vary a bit month to month.
Most of these calculators count from your last period and assume ovulation around mid cycle, so fertile window is usually a few days before and on ovulation day. I tracked with an app plus noticed my body signs. Combining both was more accurate for me.
