We are planning our first baby and I am trying to understand timing properly. Apps show fertile days but my cycle shifts by 2-3 days sometimes. How did you know the best time in your month?
Around ovulation is the sweet spot, for a 28 day cycle thats roughly day 12 to 16. Both times I just kept it relaxed during that week, no pressure. Stressing about exact dates honestly makes it worse, so dont overdo the math.
If your cycles are regular ovulation timing is easy to guess, but for me with PCOS it was all over the place. So the textbook answer didnt fit me. A follicular scan at the doctor told me my real timing, might help you too if periods arent regular.
Middle of your cycle is the best window yaar. But seriously dont turn it into a stressful project, that took the joy out for so many friends of mine. Relax, track loosely and let it happen.
The fertile window is usually the few days before and around ovulation, roughly mid cycle if your periods are regular. I used a tracker app to spot mine and it really helped. If cycles are irregular though, better to confirm timing with your gynac.
