When is the best time to conceive morning or night?
We have been trying since 2 months, no luck yet. Someone told me timing matters a lot. Is morning or night better for chances? Pls share if it worked for u.
Don't overcomplicate things. It doesn't matter if it's morning or night; what matters is your fertile window. Use ovulation strips to find your peak days and focus on those.
From what I've read, time of day doesn't impact conception success significantly. It's best to consult your doctor or use a tracking app to identify your 5-6 fertile days of the cycle.
In this 3rd trimester, my only bedtime routine is struggling to turn around! Back when we were trying, we didn't worry about morning or night. Just focus on your fertile days and keep it stress-free.
Haha, as a mom who barely sleeps, I'd say whenever you both actually have the energy! Honestly, science says sperm count is slightly higher in the morning, but don't stress over the clock.
Time of day won't affect conception, but tracking your ovulation will. Also, focus on a healthy diet to prepare your body. Cutting down on sugar and refined carbs helps in regulating your cycle.
Haan yaar, time and all doesn't matter, don't take stress. Morning or night, both are fine, bas try to track your ovulation days properly. Stress free rahoge toh jaldi good news milegi, na!
Just try to stay relaxed and active. For me, doing mild yoga and walking (once my doctor cleared it) helped keep my stress down. Time of day doesn't matter as much as a healthy, stress-free mind.
Honestly, pick whichever time you are least tired, because once babies come, you won't get any sleep anyway! Morning or night, both work, just track your peak fertility days.
I am also trying to conceive and felt a bit shy asking this. But I read that keeping things stress-free and tracking ovulation is more important than morning or night. Let's hope for the best!
Technically, some research suggests sperm counts can be marginally higher in the early morning. However, my doctor explained that the difference is negligible. The most critical factor is aligning intimacy with your ovulation window.
There is no scientific rule about morning or night, ovulation timing is what matters most. But if you have been trying for a while without success, do check with your gynac to rule out any underlying issues.
When we were trying, I felt so much pressure about getting the timing perfect. But actually, morning or night doesn't matter as long as you are tracking your ovulation. I felt much better once we stopped stressing over the clock.
