We just started trying and im trying to figure out the right days in my cycle. My periods are mostly regular if that helps. Can someone explain how u figured out ur window?
From what I learnt, the fertile window is roughly the 5-6 days around ovulation, which for a 28 day cycle is around day 14. I started tracking my cycle to figure out mine since everyone differs a bit.
Just a heads up, the day 14 thing only works if ur cycles are regular. Mine were all over the place with PCOS so I needed ovulation kits and a doctor to pin it down. If ur cycle is irregular dont rely on calendar alone.
I used an ovulation tracker app and it predicted my fertile days pretty well, plus ovulation strips for confirmation. The 2-3 days before ovulation are usually the most fertile. Worth tracking for a couple months.
The few days leading up to and including ovulation are the golden window. Watch for clear stretchy discharge, thats a good sign ur close. Track a couple of cycles and youll spot ur pattern.
