Did one test and it was negative but i still feel something is off, no period yet. Wondering if i tested too soon. When is the best time to get an accurate result, morning urine and all?
I tested like 4 times because I tested too early and kept getting negative, stressed myself out so much. Then waited a few days past missed period and it was clear positive. Just wait, save urself the anxiety I went through.
Home tests are most reliable from the day of missed period onwards. For full confirmation though, a blood beta hcg test at the lab is the surest. I did both and the blood test gave me the confidence.
Wait till at least the day of ur missed period, ideally a couple days after. Morning urine is best because its concentrated. Testing before that often gives false negatives, dont waste kits.
Most accurate is a few days after ur missed period, with first morning urine. The hcg is higher then so the line shows clearer. I tested too early once and got a confusing faint result, learnt to wait.
