When is the last trimester of pregnancy?

Im in my 7th month now and everyone keeps saying last phase is starting. Just wanted to be sure from which week it actually counts as the final trimester. Getting a little anxious as delivery feels close.

Third trimester starts from week 28 and goes till delivery. So roughly the last 3 months. Thats when the real tiredness kicks in honestly, rest as much as u can.
