When is the right time to conceive after menstruation?
We just started trying this month and im trying to understand my cycle properly. My periods are mostly regular, around 28 days. Honestly im a bit lost about which days are best, can someone explain in simple words?
Best chances are in the few days around ovulation, which is usually about 14 days before your next period. So count from your cycle length, not just after the period ends. Dont stress over exact dates yaar, the window is a few days wide.
The fertile window is around ovulation, usually mid cycle, roughly day 12 to 16 for a 28 day cycle. I used an ovulation tracker and it made timing so much easier. Your cycle length shifts the days though, so track yours.
I was also figuring this out, we tried around the middle of my cycle. An ovulation kit helped me know my days better. It happened after a few months for us.
