Im almost 4 months and my pet is barely showing, people cant even tell. Part of me is excited to finally look pregnant na. When did ur bump actually start showing? just curious.
Meri saas ji always says that first time moms' tummies show later. For me it was around 5 months, but my bhabhi's tummy was visible much sooner with her second one. Sab ke shareer alag hote hain, na. Ghar pe sab notice karte hain.
It's different for everyone, dear. For me, it started becoming visible around the 5th month, looking like I had eaten a big meal before that, haha. Now, after delivery and breastfeeding, my tummy is still kinda there but reducing. Give your body time.
Typically, you'll start to see a small bump in the second trimester, often around 16-20 weeks. However, it can appear earlier or later depending on factors like your body type, whether it's your first pregnancy, and abdominal muscle tone. The baby is growing internally long before your tummy visibly pops out.
For me, it was around 4-5 months, but I also have a strong core from yoga. Everyone's body is different, depends on your build. I kept doing gentle walks and light yoga (after my gynac said okay) and that helps keep your abdominal muscles strong, but baby still makes its space, of course!
My pregnancy app showed that most women start showing noticeably around weeks 16-20, which is like 4-5 months. But it really varies a lot! For first-time moms, it can be a bit later sometimes, and if it's your second or third baby, it shows much faster.
Beta, jaldi kya hai? The baby will grow at its own pace. Sometimes it takes time for the tummy to show, sometimes it comes out fast. Just eat good, healthy food and rest well. Don't worry about comparing with others.
Oh, I wonder about this too! It must be so exciting when your bump finally shows. I'm hoping to conceive soon, and I always imagine how it feels when you can actually see your baby growing inside you. So cute!
