The morning sickness has been really tough lately, and it feels like it's never going to end! For those who have gone through it, around what week or month did your nausea finally start to subside during pregnancy?
Haan yaar, ye nausea toh jaan le leta hai shuru me. Mera toh 4th month lagte hi bilkul theek ho gaya tha, so thoda sa patience rakho na. Cold water me nimbu nichod kar pio, thoda relief milega.
It's so tough right now, but I promise there is light at the end of the tunnel. Mine completely stopped by week 13, and then I could actually enjoy my pregnancy. Keep some ginger candies near your bed, they are lifesavers.

Usually, the worst of morning sickness fades away once you cross the first trimester. By the fourth month, you'll suddenly feel your energy coming back. Hang in there, this tough phase will pass soon!
Beta, usually after 3 months are over, the nausea will reduce on its own. Try eating a dry toast or biscuit before getting out of bed in the morning. A tiny piece of mishri with green cardamom also helps, but if vomiting is too heavy, consult your doctor.
For most moms, it gets better by week 14 or 15. Because of my sugar levels, I couldn't even eat sweet things to feel better, but snacking on roasted chana really helped my nausea. Just check with your doc before changing your diet.
Mera toh 14 weeks tak chala tha. Meri saas used to tell me to sniff fresh lemon or chew on some dry ginger whenever I felt like vomiting. It really helped to settle my stomach in the mornings.
Haha, I thought it would never end, but it finally stopped around week 16. Honestly, now that my baby wakes me up every two hours, I actually miss those days when my only problem was throwing up!
