Im on progesterone support and the doc said at some point the placenta takes over. Im 10 weeks now. Just wanted to know around which week this happens, kind of waiting for that phase honestly.
By about the third month the placenta is in full control of nourishing the baby. That's why people say things get a little easier after the first 12 weeks. Just keep going, your body knows what it's doing.
