Me and husband are trying since couple months and i keep reading abt fertile days etc. Honestly thoda confused which days are the low chance ones. Anyone who tracked their cycle pls share what u learnt?
With irregular cycles like mine, it gets tricky to even know which days are low chance. So I wouldnt rely too much on safe day calculations. If you are trying or avoiding, a doctor can guide you better.
My doctor said chances are lower when you are far from ovulation, like right after periods or close to the next one. The days outside the fertile window are less likely. But its never zero, so timing matters most.
