When pregnancy symptoms start after embryo transfer?
We did our transfer 4 days back and im honestly checking my body every hour for some sign. Nothing much yet, just thoda heaviness maybe its in my head. For those who went through ivf, when did u actually start feeling something?
I know how every single day after transfer feels like forever, I was the same. For me there was nothing for about a week and then slight cramping and sore breasts started around day 9-10. But honestly it varies so much, some feel nothing till the beta test. Try not to read too much into every twinge yaar, your clinic will tell you the exact date for blood test.
Symptoms really dont mean much in those first days, the progesterone they give you can mimic everything. Mild cramps, tiredness, bloating can show up around a week after. The only thing that actually confirms is the beta hCG blood test, so wait for that date and dont stress over signs.
My doc explained that implantation usually happens around day 5 to 10 after transfer, so any real symptoms like light spotting or cramps come after that. She told me sore breasts and fatigue can also just be from the hormone support medicines, not the pregnancy. So she said dont test at home early, wait for the clinic beta test for a clear answer.
Beta, in this phase your mind will play tricks and you will notice every little feeling. Symptoms can start by the end of first week for some, for others much later. Just rest, eat well and trust your doctors timeline.
Mine took its time, I had absolutely no symptoms and still got a positive, so please dont panic if you feel nothing. Some women get implantation type cramps around day 6-10. Everyone is different, dont compare with others online.
