When pregnancy test can be used?

My cycle is usually 30 days and today is day 29. I am tempted to test but scared of seeing negative too early. When did you get a clear result?

I tested 2 days after my missed period and it showed clearly. When I tried before the date it was just a faint or no line. So waiting a little is worth it actually.

Quick tip, do it first thing in the morning before drinking water, you get the clearest line. And dont waste a kit before your due date, just wait a day or two after the missed period.

Wait till you miss your period, then test with morning urine. Early testing often gives wrong result.

Best is to wait till the day your period is due or a day after, otherwise you can get a false negative. Use the first morning urine, its more concentrated and gives a clearer result.

My gynac told me home kits work best once you have actually missed your period. Testing too early can show negative even if you are pregnant because hCG is still low. If unsure a blood test at the lab is more accurate.
