First time doing this whole thing and i dont want to waste the kit by testing too soon. My cycle is usually pretty regular. Should i go by a missed period or can i check earlier in the morning, pls help.
I waited till I was a couple days late because I felt too scared to face a faint result early. When I finally did it in the morning the two lines came clear and I just sat there shaking happy. Worth the wait.

Do it on the first morning after your period is missed, that urine is most concentrated and gives the truest line. Testing before the missed date just wastes kits and nerves, been there.
