My cycle is a bit irregular so im never sure when im actually late. Saw some online calculators that tell you when to test and got confused. How reliable are these, did anyone use one?
The calculator is basically a guide, it estimates your expected period date so you know when a test will be reliable. Aim to test on or after that day with morning urine. If irregular cycles, give it a few extra days.
These calculators just use your cycle and last period date to suggest the best day to test. I used one and it told me to test around my missed period day. Pretty handy to avoid testing too early.
