I am 10 weeks and mostly lying down because I feel tired, but I also feel guilty for not moving. My pregnancy is normal till now. When did you start daily walks?
You can start basically anytime as long as your gynac hasn't told you to rest. Gentle daily walking helps digestion, mood and even labour later. Just avoid uneven roads and don't walk in the harsh afternoon heat.
I'd say check with your doctor first, especially in early weeks or if you've had any spotting or complications. For me once it was confirmed all good, slow walks were absolutely fine and helpful.
I just turned my evening into a short walk, even 15-20 min counts when you're busy. Started in the first trimester after doctor's ok. Comfy shoes and water bottle, that's all you need really.
If your pregnancy is normal you can keep walking from the start, it's the safest exercise. I did 20-30 min daily after the doc cleared me. Just go at a comfy pace, no need to push.
Actually you can start pretty early yaar if everything is normal. I used to walk in the building compound itself, safe and shaded. Just dont overdo and listen to your body na.
