Planning to test tomorrow as my period is late by 3 days. Ive heard the time of day matters for accuracy. should i do it first thing in the morning or doesnt it really matter? dont want to waste a kit on a wrong result.

I always used first morning pee on the days my app reminded me. If you test in the evening, try not to drink too much water for a couple hours before. Morning is just more reliable in my experience.
First morning urine is the best, the hcg is most concentrated then so faint positives show clearer. Later in the day it can be diluted especially if you drink a lot of water. So test first thing after waking.
