This is a bit awkward to ask but me and my husband are confused till when its safe to be intimate. My pregnancy is normal so far, no complications, im in second trimester. Is there a point where we should stop?
For most normal pregnancies it is fine through most of it, but it really depends on your case. My doctor said it was okay for me till the end. Best to ask your own gynac because every pregnancy is different.
Both my pregnancies were normal and my doctor never asked us to stop. If you have any bleeding, placenta issue or a history of preterm, then they will tell you to avoid it. Just confirm with your gynac to be sure.
In my case the doctor asked us to avoid it because of a low lying placenta. So please dont go by general advice, get your own report checked. It is very specific to each woman.
