We are trying since 3 months and nothing yet. I keep reading about the fertile days but honestly i get a bit confused timing it. Which days worked out for you ladies?
Around ovulation is when the egg is available, so that is your peak window. Having sex every other day through that week covers it well. Track a couple of cycles to learn your pattern.
Chances are highest in your fertile window, the few days before and the day of ovulation. For a 28 day cycle that is roughly day 12 to 16. I used ovulation strips to pinpoint it and it really helped us conceive.
We are trying too and my doctor told me the same, focus on the middle of the cycle. The days just before ovulation matter most apparently. Hoping it works for us soon.
