We just started trying this month and i really dont know which days are the best for conceiving. My cycle is kind of regular, around 30 days. Can someone tell me how to figure out the right time? feeling a bit lost honestly.
Just one thing, if ur cycles are irregular like mine were, the middle of cycle rule doesnt always work. I had to track ovulation more carefully with the doctors help. So if periods arent regular, do mention that to ur gynac.
The fertile days are around ovulation, roughly the middle of ur cycle. For a 28 day cycle thats around day 12 to 16. Try around those days and the few days before, thats when chances are highest.
I used an ovulation tracker app and it predicted my fertile window pretty well. You can also use ovulation strips for more accuracy. Both my pregnancies happened when I timed it around those days.
We are also trying and I read the same, around the middle of the cycle is the best time. Honestly it helped to just relax and not obsess over exact days. Wishing you good luck na.
