Were trying for a baby and im trying to understand which days in my cycle give the best chance. My cycles are mostly regular so hoping to time it right. Anyone who can explain how u tracked it?
The fertile window is roughly the days around ovulation, usually mid cycle for a regular 28 day one. Thats when chances are highest. Ovulation kits helped me catch the right days, you can try those.
It really depends on when you ovulate, and for me with PCOS that was irregular so generic timing didnt work. I'd suggest if you've been trying a while, see a gynac for ovulation tracking. Dont stress over exact dates alone.
