Me and my husband are not ready for a baby yet and im trying to understand my cycle properly. Just want to know which days are considered safe na. Pls share if u know.
Honestly this depends a lot on ur own cycle length, so a gynac can guide u better. The safe period method is not reliable for everyone. Dont take chances based on a general answer.
There's no truly safe day to fully rely on, cycles are unpredictable. The chance is lowest away from the fertile window but it's never guaranteed zero. If ur trying to avoid pregnancy please talk to a doctor about proper methods.
Funny u ask, my pregnancy was kind of an unplanned one even though we thought it was a low chance time. So ya, dont fully trust the calendar. If u need to be sure either way, ask ur doctor.
The lowest chance is usually far from ovulation, like right around and just after ur period when ur not in the fertile window. But honestly cycles shift, sperm survives few days, so its never a clean zero. Dont use this as a contraception method, use proper protection.
Yaar the so called safe days are not really safe, i know couples who got surprised that way. If ur planning to avoid, just use protection na, much less tension.
