After my loss I waited a bit longer, only told close family first. It helped me feel less pressure. Take your own time, theres no rush to tell everyone.
I waited till my 12 week scan was clear and then announced. The apps I used also kind of suggest the 12 week mark for safety. Felt much more relaxed sharing after that.
Most people wait till after the first trimester, around 12 weeks, once the risk settles. Thats what I did both times. But honestly its totally your choice, theres no fixed rule.
