Most people wait till the first trimester is over, around 12-13 weeks, after the early scan. Thats when the risk settles down a bit. But honestly its a personal choice, do what feels right to you.
I waited until well after my dating scan this time, because of my earlier loss I wanted to be sure first. Take your time, there is no rush at all. Whenever your heart feels ready is the right time.
