Most people wait past 12 weeks since risk settles a bit by then, but honestly it's totally personal. A few close friends knew early in my case so I had support, that helped me a lot.
There is no fixed rule yaar. With my first I told everyone early, with second I waited. Do whatever feels comfortable to you, dont let anyone pressure you either way.
I waited till my 3rd month was over because I felt so nervous before that. Once we crossed 12 weeks and saw baby on scan, I finally told my close friends and it felt like such a relief honestly.
Tell when u feel like telling, simple. Some keep it private till tummy shows, some announce day one. Dont stress about timing too much, it's your happy news.
