Got the strips from the medical store but the instructions are so tiny i cant read properly. Should i check first thing morning or anytime is ok? want to do it right so i dont have to keep doing it again.
Use first morning urine and dip the strip to the marked line, then wait the minutes it says. Dont keep staring after that or you will imagine lines. Best done after your period is missed for a clear result.
Actually morning is best yaar and follow the strip ka time exactly. I made the mistake of checking after 20 min once and got confused. Set a phone timer na.
Most strips tell you to read the result within the time window on the leaflet, usually a few minutes. Reading too late can show a false evaporation line. I always set a timer so I read it at the right moment.
