There's no timing trick to choose a boy, it's not in our control and gender selection is illegal here anyway. All these timing theories are just myths. Just focus on a healthy pregnancy.
Honestly none of these methods work, I've heard them all. The gender is decided by chance. Better to put your energy into being healthy before and during pregnancy.
