We also want a winter baby actually. From what I read, conceiving in March-April lands around December. Trying to track my cycle for it but its not always in our control.

Simple math, count back around 9 months. So conceiving around March will give you a December baby roughly. But babies come on their own time na, dont fix the date too tightly.
Due date is about 40 weeks from your last period, so to aim for December you would try around mid March. But only a small percent deliver exactly on the due date, so keep it flexible.
