My period is just 2 days late and im too excited to wait but i dont want a wrong result either. when is the best time to actually test at home for a clear answer? dont want to test too soon and get confused.
I used my tracker to count 14 days from ovulation and tested then. Morning sample gave the clearest line. If you get a faint positive, retest after 2 days, the line gets darker.
Wait till your period is due or a day or two late, then use first morning urine. Testing earlier just gives faint lines that confuse you. After the missed date it is pretty reliable.
Home kit is a good start, but if you get an unclear result, follow up with a blood test or your gynac. Dont keep retesting endlessly at home. A doctor confirmation gives real peace of mind.
