When to do a pregnancy test after implantation bleeding?
I noticed some light pinkish spotting two days ago and im hoping it was implantation. Im so tempted to test right now but dont want a false negative. How many days should i wait?
When I had that light spotting I waited a few days and then tested with morning urine, it showed clearly. Testing immediately gave nothing. The app suggested waiting till around the missed period too.
My doctor said implantation bleeding usually happens a few days before the expected period, and hcg takes a few more days to rise enough. So she advised waiting about 3 to 4 days after the spotting, or till the missed period, for a clear test. Testing right at the spotting often shows negative.
I had this exact confusion, tested too soon after spotting and got upset over a negative. Waiting a few days made the line appear na. So patience really matters here.
