We are actively trying this month and im so impatient already haha. Dont want to test too early and get a false result. How many days should i actually wait before taking the test?
I tested too early once and got disappointed for nothing. Wait till at least the day your period is due, that's when it's accurate. Apps remind you of the date which honestly saves a lot of guessing.
My doc said the most reliable time is after your missed period, roughly 2 weeks after intercourse if ovulation matched. Testing earlier can give a false negative since hcg needs to build. First morning urine gives the clearest result.
Mere saath bhi I was so impatient and tested way too soon. So waiting till the missed period is really the trick? It was negative early and then positive later for me.
