My clinic told me to wait for the beta hcg blood test on the date they gave, around 12 to 14 days after transfer, and not to do home tests early. The home kit can mislead because of the trigger shot. In IVF the home kit isnt reliable early because of the trigger injection still in your system. My clinic booked a blood test about two weeks post transfer and that was the real answer. I marked the date and tried hard not to peek before, haha.
