First pregnancy and me and hubby are both a little unsure about this. Nobody really talks about it openly so we have lots of doubts. Just want to know whats safe and when, would appreciate honest replies.
If your pregnancy is normal, it's fine in pretty much all stages, the baby is well protected. Just adjust positions for comfort as the bump grows. Only stop if your doctor has told you to or if you get any bleeding or cramping after.
This really depends on your pregnancy. In my case the doctor asked us to avoid it because of some bleeding early on. So please dont go by general advice, ask your own gynac if it's okay for you, every case is different.
For most normal pregnancies it's safe all through, you just listen to your body and comfort. The thing to remember is to stop and call the doctor if there's bleeding, pain or any leaking after. When in doubt, one quick question to your gynac clears everything.
Honestly if everything's normal, it's totally fine yaar, dont stress that it'll harm the baby, it won't. Just go with what feels comfortable. If you ever feel unsure or your doc flagged something, then check first.
In a normal healthy pregnancy it's generally safe throughout, just go by comfort. But if you have any issue like bleeding, low lying placenta or history of preterm, your doctor may ask to avoid it. Best to just check with your own gynac once based on your situation.
