Just got my positive test and im so eager to see whats happening inside. Not sure if its too early to book a scan or if i should wait few more weeks. When did you all get your first ultrasound?
Usually the first one is between 6 and 9 weeks to confirm and check the location of pregnancy. If you have pain or spotting they may do it sooner. Dont book scans randomly yourself, let your gynac decide the timing.
If you have any bleeding, sharp pain or a history of ectopic, the doctor may want an early scan sooner to rule things out. Otherwise the first one is usually around 6-8 weeks. Please go by your gynac's advice on this.
