This is really important if you are Rh negative, especially second pregnancy. Please dont rely on us, ask your gynac directly because timing also depends if there was any bleeding earlier. They track this carefully.
My doc gave it around 28 weeks and then again after delivery once they checked the baby's blood group. She said its same protocol for second pregnancy if you're Rh negative. Just keep your blood group report ready and remind your gynac.
If you're Rh negative its typically the late second/third trimester, around 28 weeks, plus a dose postpartum. Honestly just confirm with your doctor at your next visit, they wont let it slip if your blood group is on file.
For both my pregnancies it was around the 28th week, then another dose after delivery. The hospital usually keeps a record but i'd still mention it at every visit so it doesnt get missed. Carry your husband's blood group info too.
