We just started trying this month and im trying to understand the timing thing around ovulation. My cycle is mostly 30 days. Which days actually give the best chance? a bit shy to ask anyone in person honestly.
The fertile window is the few days around ovulation, roughly the middle of your cycle. I used an ovulation app and tracked it, that really helped us time it. Some use ovulation kits too for more accuracy.
Aim for the few days before and on ovulation, thats when chances are best. Dont stress it into a chore though, both times relaxed timing worked for us. Track your cycle and keep it natural.
