Someone told me there are apps that tell your fertile days. We just started trying and i want to track properly na. Which app do you all use and does it actually work?
My gynecologist explained that the fertile window is usually 5 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation itself. Apps like Flo or Premom use the standard calendar method, but tracking your basal body temperature or using LH strips gives much more accurate timing. Doctor advised having relation every alternate day during this window.
I tracked my ovulation using a simple mobile app and it took us some time, but we got there. My recovery from my C-section was quite long, so I always tell moms to take things slow and not stress about perfect timing. Just enjoy the process together.
I am a bit shy to talk about this, but we are also trying to conceive. I downloaded a period tracker app and it shows a fertile window with a little flower icon. We try to be intimate on those specific days, hopefully it works for us.
Instead of relying only on apps, also watch your body's natural signs like egg-white discharge, which means you are highly fertile. Try to have coconut water and fresh fruits to keep your body healthy. But if you have painful cycles, please consult a doctor.
Even I am looking for the best app for this! Some friends recommended Maya and Clue for tracking fertile days. Is it true that we should try every day of the fertile week, or is alternate days better? Let me know if you find a good app!
