When to perform urine pregnancy test?

My periods are usually irregular so im never sure when to test. dont want to do it too early and get a false negative. how many days after do you ladies usually check?

Best after your missed period, using the first morning urine. Testing too early can give false negative. I waited a day after the missed date and got a clear result.

My tracker app reminded me to test on the day my period was due using morning urine. It also said if negative and still no period, retest after a few days. That's exactly when mine turned positive.

I did mine too early once and it was negative, then 3 days later it was positive. So patience helps na. Morning pe karna, that's what worked for me.

My doctor said urine test is most accurate from the day of your missed period onwards, with first morning sample since hcg is concentrated then. If it's negative but period still hasn't come, repeat after 3-4 days. Some sensitive kits work a couple days earlier but accuracy improves with waiting.
