When to see a doctor for spotting during pregnancy?

I noticed some light brown spotting today and im around 6 weeks. Its very little, just on wiping, but obviously im panicking inside. How do you know when its something to rush for vs wait and watch? i think i'll call my gynac tomorrow but cant calm down.

I would have panicked over any spot, and honestly thats not a bad instinct here. Just ring your gynac and let them decide, that takes the worry off you. Heavy bleeding with pain, dont even think, just go.

I felt my heart drop when i saw light spotting in early pregnancy. I called my gynac straight away and she checked me, it turned out fine. But i was so glad i didnt wait and wonder. Please call yours too.
