Everyone keeps telling me khajoor helps with delivery but no one tells me from when to start. Im 5 months now. Is it too early or should I wait till the last weeks?

In our family dates were given through pregnancy for strength and iron, beta. Many start a couple in a day from early on. But if you have sugar issues, do ask your doctor about the amount first.
My doctor said dates are a great source of iron and fibre and fine through pregnancy in moderation. Some studies suggest a few daily in the last weeks may help, which she okayed for me. Just keep the quantity sensible.
Dates are healthy but they're high in natural sugar, so quantity matters. With my GD I had to limit them. Definitely check with your doctor on how many are fine if you've had a sugar test.
