My sugar came a bit high in the glucose test and gynac mentioned insulin might be needed later if diet doesnt control it. Honestly im scared of injections. At what stage do they usually start it? want to know what to expect.

Like with my thyroid meds, the timing depends on your test results and regular follow ups. The doctor adjusts as your numbers change. Keep going for those checkups so they catch the right moment.
This is purely a doctor decision based on your sugar levels and history. Dont start or delay it on your own. My friend was nervous about insulin but it kept her and baby safe, totally manageable.
In my case the doctor tried diet and walking first, and only moved to insulin when sugar stayed high despite that. Its decided fully by your readings, not a fixed time. Please let your doctor guide this, it differs for everyone.
