Im in my first trimester and want to stay a bit active but not sure if it's too soon to start daily walks. Dont want to overdo anything. From which week did you all begin walking?
I just did short walks after dinner, easy to fit even with work. Started early since my pregnancy was uncomplicated and doc okayed it. Even 15 to 20 minutes is enough, you dont need anything intense.
If your pregnancy is normal, gentle walking can usually start from early on, even first trimester. I walked through most of mine but only after my gynac gave a green signal. Start slow, short walks, and dont push if you feel tired.
You can walk from early pregnancy if everything is normal, no need to wait for a specific month. Just keep it light and comfortable, dont turn it into a workout. Both times I did easy daily walks and it helped with digestion and mood.
Depends on your case honestly. With my complications my doctor told me to rest in early weeks and start walking only later when she cleared it. So please ask your own gynac first before starting, every pregnancy is different.
Walking is one of the safest things in a healthy pregnancy and you can begin from early on. Listen to your body, slow and steady, and stop if anything feels off. Just get your doctor's nod once before you begin.
