I used to do yoga before but stopped once i found out. Now im 14 weeks and feeling a little better with the nausea. When is the right time to start again, and is first trimester too early?
I started prenatal yoga after my first trimester, once my gynac gave the okay, and only with a trained prenatal instructor. Regular yoga poses are not all safe in pregnancy, so the specialised class matters. Definitely confirm with your doctor before starting.
