First pregnancy and honestly me and hubby are a little confused about this. Nobody really talks about it and im too shy to ask my gynac directly. Just wanted to know till which point its okay, anyone been through this?
In my case the doctor advised stopping because of some complications, so it really depends on each person. Please dont go by general advice, ask your gynac directly. If theres any bleeding or pain, stop and call them.
My doctor said for a normal healthy pregnancy its usually fine until late, unless there are issues like placenta previa, bleeding or risk of early labour. She told me she would advise stopping if any such thing came up. So its really case by case, best to ask your own gynac.
If your pregnancy is normal you can usually continue till comfortable, many do till the last weeks. But if you have bleeding, pain or a high risk pregnancy, stop and ask the doctor. Always go by what your gynac says for your case.
