When to take home pregnancy test after intercourse?
My husband and I are trying to conceive and we had intercourse around my ovulation time. I'm feeling a bit anxious and wondering when is the right time to take a home pregnancy test to get accurate results.
My mother always told me to be patient and wait for the missed period. I stayed at my parents' place when trying and they kept me busy so I wouldn't overthink. Try to wait for at least 2 weeks after intercourse.
I am also trying to conceive and my gynac told us to wait until the period is late by 3-4 days. It is so hard to wait but trying earlier might not show the correct double lines. Let's stay hopeful together.
Dear, wait for at least 14 days after having unprotected intercourse, or better, wait for your period date to pass. Testing too early can just make you anxious with negative results. Keep calm and take care.
Look, testing immediately after intercourse is useless. You have to wait till you miss your period, or at least 14-21 days after sex. Otherwise u are just wasting money on kits, simple as that.
